Chapter 93 - I'll "fix" Xie Yun

While Feng Long understood love very well, the unstable relationship between Meng Zhang and Xie Yun was an absolute mystery for him. While Xie Yun does love Meng Zhang, something was on his way to really make it a relationship. It seemed that Meng Zhang was overcompensating. 

Meng Zhang did tell him enough information about Xie Yun, but Xie Yun would not even allow Feng Long to get close to him. However, Feng Long noticed that Xie Yun unwinds a bit when drunk. This will make a successful interaction much more likely.

For that, Feng Long planned on his mind to invite Xie Yun to a drinking contest. While Yu Lexuan and Zhong Kunyi were busy, he walked into Meng Zhang's room. Seeing Feng Long alone, Meng Zhang smiles:

-Please, come in.

-Greetings to your majesty. 

Feng Long smiles and moves closer to Meng Zhang, bowing to him. Meng Zhang gets up and helps him to rise:

-Please, rise... Do you want to talk something with me?

-Meng Zhang... May I tell you something I want to do?

-For sure.

Meng Zhang takes one of Feng Long's hands and guides him to his bed. Both sit:

-Meng Zhang, what about having a drinking contest? 

-A drinking contest? I think this is kinda weird! - Meng Zhang raises an eyebrow.

-Yes, it is silly, but I noticed that Xie Yun is far more open to the outside world when tipsy.

-Yes, in fact, drinking makes him relax... But how about you?

-Here's my plan: I'll drink just some juice, not beer. My idea is that Xie Yun will get so drunk that I'll be able to get closer to him.

-Well, it is actually a good plan. I never thought about it. What do you want to do after he gets drunk?

-I'll not tell you about it now, but I assure you the result will benefit both of us.

Meng Zhang smiles:

-New... new heights? - Meng Zhang blushes.

-You will understand... I can feel that simply pretending to love me was not enough for you... As it was not enough for me...

Feng Long stopped hugging, turned around, and walked away, smiling. Meng Zhang was red as pepper:

-Does he mean that he literally wants us to have... wow... 

In another place, Yu Lexuan and Zhong Kunyi are playing together. Yu Lexuan fell in the grass, and Zhong Kunyi went over him:

-Do you think you would beat me on that, Yu Lexuan?

-Not even close... When you are over me that way, it means that we reached Heaven, and I was defeated. -Yu Lexuan smirks.

-Yu Lexuan, you..!!! - Zhong Kunyi blushes.

Zhong Kunyi gets off Yu Lexuan and allows him to get up from the grass. They Get up together. Yu Lexuan smiles and hugs him:

-You learned so well how to elevate me to the heavens, Zhong Kunyi... I love to do it with you.

-Your highness, you are so fiery... - Zhong Kunyi blushes.

-Aahhh, Zhong Kunyi!!! You are so sweet too...

Yu Lexuan smiles and kisses him on the cheek. Feng Long appears from nowhere and sees it. They blush and bow to him:

-Greetings to your majesty.

-Hahaha, it seems that you were having some fun while I was out there. Please, you can rise.

Feng Long smiles and helps them to rise:

-Feng Long, yes... Zhong Kunyi got it so well, but I need to remind him periodically... you know? - Yu Lexuan smirks.

-That's good... You also know how to do it like no one else. - Feng long smirks back. 

Zhong Kunyi blushes:

-Majesty... Do you have anything planned today? I think our visit is taking too long.

- Oh, yes, kinda... Please, let's have a walk. I have something to tell you.

-As you want.

Yu Lexuan and Zhong Kunyi accompany Feng Long. Yu Lexuan noticed than he blushed a bit after replying to Zhong Kunyi, and thinks:

-Feng Long wants to do something different... I saw this face before. 

They walk into a path that crosses a field, ending in a clump of trees. Feng Long then sits on a fallen tree, Yu Lexuan and Zhong Kunyi sit at both sides. He smiles, taking their hands:

 

-Well, I will carry on something different tonight.

-I knew it!!! - Yu Lexuan smiles.

-Hahaha, calm down, Yu Lexuan... I haven't told you the story yet. 

-So, what are your majesty going to do differently? - Zhong kunyi smiles.

-Well, Xie Yun is behaving like a though little bastard towards Meng Zhang and me. So I think I can change his mind through Absolute Unity.

-The absolute unit? How!!! You can't even get near him! How come you think having Absolute Unity will be possible? - Yu Lexuan raises both eyebrows.

-Your Majesty... I think this is not very appropriate for an emperor like you to do such a thing... - Zhong Kunyi looks down.

-Just calm down, I understand this can be odd, but I think this will work... I'll invite Xie Yun to a drinking contest. I noticed he behaves more calmly when he's drunk, so I assume by the time he's sane again, it will be too late. Through the Absolute unity, I might gain some respect from him. 

-But you will be drunk too! And as far as I know, you don't like alcohol! - Yu Lexuan gets up.

-That's the trick: I'll not drink alcohol, just some juice! And from that, we can start. Of course, we will not be able to perform Absolute Unity properly after a few hours. Xie Yun will be so full of beer that it will be impossible. He will need to visit the restroom several times during the night, and I personally think this will be disgusting.  

-Unless... The drink is so powerful that he would be able to take just four glasses!

-What are you talking about, Yu Lexuan? - Feng Long looks at him.

-There is a place here in Nanchang that has the most powerful spirit I've ever seen. I downed only two shots* and immediately got tipsy. I think Xie Yun might withstand a pint before falling to the floor. 

-Well, this is actually good and will help a lot. Where is this place? I think Xie Yun may or may not know it. 

-Meng Zhang will take you there. 

-well, so I'm due to do it tonight. I suggest you propose something for Meng Zhang too, as he will be alone. - Feng Long smirks.

-Feng Long!!! Well, nothing against your decision, I'll, an, allow you to sleep with Xie Yun for one night. - Yu Lexuan laughs.

-Thanks for your benevolence, your highness! - Feng Long also laughs and bows to Yu Lexuan.

They laugh and move back to the palace. Meng Zhang stands on the palace's balcony and thinks while seeing them coming inside:

-Will Feng Long solve this problem? I think he cannot, but I hope he can... Aaahh, Feng Long...
